Serenity terms of use
These terms apply to the current Serenity internal-test app, provided by Jarrod M Avery, doing business as Supply4u, for adults in the United States.
Using the test app
You must be at least 18 years old to use Serenity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not continue into the app. Account sign-in is optional; guest mode is available. Keep any account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Wellness, not healthcare
Serenity provides reflection prompts, journaling, mood check-ins, and general wellness exercises. It is not a therapist, healthcare provider, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Guest and demo conversations use on-device rules. Signed-in users may opt in to live AI when it is enabled for testing. Responses can be wrong or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for medical, medication, safety, or emergency decisions.
In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. Call 911 or local emergency services if there is immediate danger. No person monitors your conversations for emergencies.
No paid subscription in this test
Google Play purchasing is disabled in this internal-test build. The proposed price is a preview, not a purchase offer; tapping it cannot charge a payment card or start an auto-renewing subscription. The app no longer grants Premium from a demo button. A future billing-enabled build must show the actual Google Play offer and updated disclosures before a purchase.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of your journal and other reflections. This release stores that content on your device, not in a cloud journal account. Signed-in profiles are separated on the device, but anyone using Guest mode can see Guest notes, including older notes saved before profile separation. Closing the app or signing out does not erase reflections. Supply4u cannot recover reflections you delete. Account information and emails you send us are handled as explained in the privacy policy.
Safe use and feedback
Do not use Serenity to facilitate harm, harassment, exploitation, fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorized access. Do not attempt to compromise the app or another person’s account.
Signed-in users may submit a report containing only the selected Serenity response and a reason if the reporting service is available. A failed request is not a submitted report. Guest users can email Serenity support. Reports and email are not monitored for emergencies. Do not include passwords, verification links, or unnecessary private reflections.
Testing, changes, and stopping use
This is test software. Features may be incomplete, change, or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every response will suit your needs. You can stop using Serenity at any time. We may restrict accounts used for serious abuse or security threats.
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email. Local copies on other devices need to be removed on those devices. We will publish updated terms and explain material changes before applying them. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be limited under applicable law.
